Incomprehensible

Yesterday's school shooting at Marysville Pilchuck High School left three students in critical condition, one in serious condition, and two dead, one of whom was the 14-year-old student who shot the others with a handgun. The other death was a yet-unidentified female student.

Marysville is 55 miles south of Bellingham.

I saw coverage of this all-too-familiar event on the BBC and Independent websites, as well; if you're interested in the local perspective, the Everett Herald is doing an excellent job of providing that.

I just sit here shaking my head, not understanding.
