The Shady Lane

Spent the day wandering, drinking coffee and more wandering. Had a lovely day with great company and who would want more than that?

The Shady Lane in Killalane, near Skerries, is a favourite of mine around this time of the year with the changing colours. Not quite there yet but on the way.

Don't know whether to take advantage of the extra hour tonight or tomorrow with the clocks moving back...the next hour will decide. A tough day expected at the finals of the stubble field racing when scramblers and quads drivers will vie for the season's honours. Should get some good shots with so much at stake... Lent a few cameras and lenses to a friend for a wedding but think I have enough to get me through the day....just saying
