The very posh party

Dexter was invited to a classmate's birthday party today in the park near to where we used to live. There was a private boat for party guests to take us across to the venue on the island. There were five young women hired to look after the kids and take them on treasure hunts, there was a magician, an amazing face painting artist, every type of cake, biscuit and sweet you can imagine, champagne for parents and ridiculously generous goody bags for the children when we left. It was lovely but I hope my two don't expect the same for their next birthdays!
