The Three Amigos

45 years ago this month I left the island of Masirah and these two blokes who I'd shared a 4 man room with for 12 months. They departed soon after me.
This was taken at the 4th reunion of the RAF Masirah and RAF Salalah Association (Oman RAF Veterans) held in the Copthorne Hotel, Birmingham yesterday evening.
Lovely breakfast, no complaints about there being no 'Beef Bacon' or 'Beef Sausages' (Couldn't have pork when we were in the Middle East of course).

A great time during the day after the AGM and an equally great evening with the toasts to the Queen, The RAF, Armed Forces etc...... a lovely dinner, presentation from the 'Royal Star and Garter Homes' and an amazing raffle with aviation prizes galore donated by an old chap who's been saving such stuff for years.
