Life in SOCO

Just as SOHO is the district south of Houston in New York, SOCO is the district south of Commonwealth in Fullerton. Anyway, that's what the developers would like to develop it as. Hasn't caught on quite yet.

Peggy is helping to organize a walking tour of downtown Fullerton for a statewide Geographers conference coming up in a few months, and needed some pictures for her brochures, flyers and handouts. We had a great time walking around taking pictures this evening and ended up with a wonderful dinner at Stadiums Brew House, and old favorite.

The owner of Heroes Bar also owns Roscoes across the alley. They feature live music and a great menu. These two restaurants have really helped the appeal of what was once just an alley.
