Avon Calling Day 2

This is the second day running that I have Blipped a fisherman on the Avon – this one is a bit more IN the Avon than yesterday’s. He was however, only about 100 metres from the spot where Mr Angler was sitting yesterday.

I don’t know if he had any more success than Mr Angler. We watched the heron for quite a while, but no dinner was to be seen.

We had a lovely Skype session today with our family in Taiwan. With going on holiday and one thing and another, it has been several weeks since we have spoken to them, so it was great to see them once more. It’s now 4 months since they were over here in the UK, and is about another 4 months until we see them next, so we’re halfway there. It’s the little ones that we miss seeing growing up – thank goodness for Skype, we’re extremely lucky.
