Mono Monday - Textures

For today's Mono Monday Challenge I have raided my ribbon jar. Although I call it a ribbon jar, there are all sorts of bits of haberdashery in there - but "haberdashery jar" is a bit of a mouthful.

I was going to tell you that this was a piece of my golden locks, plaited for you to appreciate the textures - but no, it's a length of braid, and below it is some black taffeta ribbon. It all comes in handy at some time or another. Maybe. At least it's there, "just in case".
