Save Our Soul

When I walk in the more urban areas adjacent to our river it always distresses me how people think it is fun to use they life belts as tots and leave them discarded far from their posts or as in this case with the throwing lines fankled rendering them next to useless.

I shot the frame and then spent a little time picking apart the fankles and leaving them coiled for proper use. I hope they stay so but similarly I hope they never have to be used.
