It's been done in marker pen first, then sprayed over with aerosol presumably to highlight it / make it more visible), but that's run and made an almighty mess...!

One of the difficulties of tagging, I guess. Is know your surface. Stone is notoriously porous and absorbent, wood too takes a fair amount of spray paint before it'll run.

Pens are easier / quicker, but not so effective for bog stuff. But metal signs - even with stencils and brushed or rolled paint - very tricky....

Lesson learned? Who knows.
