Snuggle Pup

This is Alex’s most loved snuggly: or at least half of his most loved cuddly because there are two of them. Snuggle Pup has a stand-in called Cuddle Pup. Unlike his sister, Alex has always been happy with the notion that we swapped them out to wash excessive dribble out of the one that has been in use.

We introduced this process early as we tried the same with his sister’s favourite teddy but she was not the least bit convinced by the replacement: the fact that it was clean and still looked like a teddy rather than a bag of rags (and a flat bag at that) was a bit of a giveaway and she was not happy at all.

The problem is that Alex has both Snuggle Pup and Cuddle Pup on the go at the moment so it is difficult to sneak either of these rather crusty rags away for a clean without being noticed.

Today was day two of Becky’s room clear-up and I am absolutely exhausted at the end of it. At least it’s done and she has a blank canvas to start again with.
