Street Food Vendor

This is a street vendor selling hot pancakes from a stove on the back of her cycle-kitchen. These food stalls crop up everywhere first thing in the morning and at the end of the working day to feed tired commuters on their journeys home. I have tried a few things; my favourite has been fried leek omelettes.
