Shipping!

Christmas came early on Thursday when our shipping arrived two months later than we had expected. We thought it would be here when we arrived so we put a lot of warm weather gear in thinking we would have it well before the weather turned. It has been getting colder and colder recently but we have been very resilient and managed to avoid having to go and buy a load of new warm clothes. It has been great since the boxes arrived, I've been wrapping up nice and warm for my morning ride to the subway. The trouble is having to strip it all off again because it is still roasting underground!

We also had the forethought to ship a few essential luxuries including marmite, Cadbury's dairy milk and Yorkshire gold tea. I was so looking forward to the tea I went through all the boxes looking for it before I even looked at what else we had brought. That first cup was so good.
