Day 2

This morning the reality of my commitment to the half marathon really hit me. I dragged myself out of bed and hit the street at 6 am. This week I'm easing myself back into running ... I did an easy workout consisting of 90 seconds of running with 2 minutes of walking for 20 minutes plus a 5 minute warm up and cool down. Tomorrow i need to be sure to add some time for stretching too.
