Art ?????

This could either be an interesting art installation ......or just a car on the side if the road with orange road cones on its roof!!

I saw it this morning while stuck in a queue of traffic. It was quite early and I don't think the cars owner had seen it yet!

The bright road cones are such a feature of our roads here in Christchurch these days with all the EQ repairs going on.
