and the winner is...Pansit Bihon!

I cant believe the good 'ole pansit bihon won the best dish in tonight's FATNode dinner!!

Today was FATNode's first year anniversary. And the best way to celebrate it is to go back to where this all started, Virgins and Castle! We ordered Lamb Caldereta, Pansit Bihon, Pork Adobo, Crispy Pata, Tori Kuwayaki and Ginataang Munggo. As soon as all the dishes were on the table, i was immediately transported back to our dining table back in the Phils. It seemed like the usual Filipino dining table!

...except probably the missing "caldero" in the middle overflowing with hot steamy white rice :)
