Time to lay your burden down.
I remember being thrilled when my baby cherry tree bloomed for the first time back on April 15th. I had just come out of hospital after a leg operation and it seemed like a good omen.
A lot has happened since, and thanks to blip I have a record of it all.
The cherry blossoms are long gone and the tree has grown another eighteen inches. It is looking a bit tired after all of its efforts, and is overdue a good rest.
For those of you who like to know these things the tree is at least 80 feet away. The shot was taken from my bedroom window at nearly full zoom on my bridge camera.
Using a tripod, of course.
And the leg is great.
