A absorbed in labour legislation

My job title and position will be changed with the transition of my employer from a consolidation of municipalities into a limited company as of 1 January 2015.

My contract of employment will be changed as well, and since the employer has not revealed any details about this I will need to find out about it myself - with the benevolent help of A, of course. Sigh, it is cumbersome...
