Life in a Northern Town

Looking down

Despite the warm temperature (scorchio tomorrow!) the sky was grey and bland, so the best place to look was downwards.

Sarah and I took Grandpa out for lunch at The Wetherby Whaler; I made up for the missed pavlova with bells on, you'll be pleased to hear. Now I am tidying the house in anticipation of the return of the prodigal son tomorrow. How exciting. He is bringing washing he tells me. He wants curry tomorrow night and Chinese Saturday - not the best reflection on my culinary skills!
