And you thought Father Christmas had gone back to Lapland, but no! he's being kept hostage by the scaffolders at Blackness Castle.

The other strange place I saw him was Christmas 2002, walking up Aleppo High St carrying his groceries (it probably wasn't actually called the High St, but I couldn't decipher the Arabic script).
