Designed for digging deep!
No need for my scarf today!
21c when we got to Norfolk, and our usual first stop, Titchwell RSPB.
Very busy today as it was the end of the half-term holidays, so lots of families.
So nice to see the children enjoying the birds too.
Had a walk down to the beach, but not much about. May be the warm weather.
Then had a look round the lagoons, and in the hides.
Of all the shots I took this was my favourite.
A Black-tailed Godwit.
I liked the way the tail feathers were blown by the wind.
A fantastic long beak for digging down in the mud.
We have now settled down into the cottage we are renting for the fortnight.
We have been before and so already feels like home.
So far Wifi OK!
Many thanks for all your comments on yesterday's blip.
Have a good weekend.
