Limassol Castle

A wonderful panther from early Christian times - one of the many ancient artefacts on display at the castle. Great view of the moody sky from the roof too,  though we mostly avoided the rain.
Called in at the environmental centre on the Akrotiri peninsula on the way back, and saw at least 200 flamingoes overwintering on the salt flats. Only 11 earlier in the week, and they expect thousands...
