The Seagull Has Landed

R and I landed in Cheshire yesterday afternoon- to stay in the village of Over Peover - a few miles short of Knutsford

Caught the bus into Knutsford this morning - discovered Moor Pool - where this seagull had just landed

Walked up to Tatton Park - the grounds are extensive - did a lap of the not inconsiderable Mere - before going into Macclesfield for a look around

Upon entering the accommodation we're staying at - was accosted by a horse rider - someone who had seen me only once - in my local village - some sixty miles away - and remembered me

She has now landed on her feet - and lives in Over Peover - small world
