More history

Back home and a visit to the grounds of Lytham Hall.

The Hall has a long and rather chequered history.

I keep meaning to go inside but I always seem to be here when it is closed.

There is a lot of work going on in the grounds at present to reinstate a Victorian garden.

I shall have to return when the gardens are done, and when the building is open.
