So What's Going On Here ?

Yet another glorious day here in Frinton. So this afternoon my Wife and I went for a walk into Walton along the seawall it was beautiful.

On our way back we stopped off for an ice cream, before continuing on our way home along the beach.

Then I spotted these kids standing on the breakwater. What on earth is this all about I wondered !!!
