~Bates Motel~

Today would of been my sister Sheila's birthday so her daughter and I decided to spend the day together.

My sister loved scary movies and would always try to get us to go with her. Or she would rent one , come to my house and we would curl up on my couch, eat popcorn and get scared...
Going to the T.V. series set for Bates Motel seemed fitting. What was really kind of cool was that while we were there crows were flying all around the house making it even a bit more authentic.

The Movie Psycho is a 1960 American horror-thriller film directed by Alfred Hitchcock starring Anthony Perkins, Vera Miles, John Gavin, and Janet Leigh.

The film centers on the encounter between a secretary, Marion Crane (Leigh), who ends up at a secluded motel after embezzling money from her employer, and the motel's disturbed owner-manager, Norman Bates (Perkins), and its aftermath.

Psycho initially received mixed reviews, but outstanding box office returns prompted reconsideration which led to overwhelming critical acclaim and four Academy Award nominations, including Best Supporting Actress for Leigh and Best Director for Hitchcock.

3 years ago they did a T.V series all about the young Norman Bates.
