On the road to Brighton

Clare and I were up early this morning to watch the London to Brighton veteran cars on their annual jaunt past the end of our road.

After the super weather of the past few days the morning had an Autumnal feel so we wrapped up warmly and took our umbrellas.

The rain held off for most of the hour and a half we stood by the A23 but it looks inevitable that the hardy motorists will get a drenching before they reach journey's end.
