Made myself get out of bed this morning and headed to Starbucks for some breakfast. Went for a short walk after where I spotted the strong shadows in the morning sun.

This afternoon saw Mum; went for coffee then down to Steven and Kelly's. Mum had been on holiday and Steven and Kelly had been away for a few nights for their anniversary.
I got no pleasure out of seeing Lewis, just wanted to be at home.

I am so worried about finances and my job that I am permanently feeling sick and upset. No one else can see that.
