Camp Roo

Day 644 - the day we ventured further afield and on the metro to Camp Nou and Sagrada Familia. Both of which didn't quite pan out as planned.

Arrived to find that the Camp Nou Experience was temporarily closed due the inconsiderate Barcelona FC team training. So we tried Sagrada Familia where the queues without prebooked tickets were just stoopid.

So after lunch and a bit of a wander we attempted the football again. But not before the boy managed to lighten my purse by almost a ton with a personalised third kit... spoilt spoilt boy! The 'Experience' was pretty good even for a non footballing enthusiast and the stadium is staggering.

The last few hours of the jam packed day were spent exploring the Gothic Quarter and Barcelona cathedral followed by much needed tapas and a beer for me!
