Marburg

I had a fab few hours to wander round Marburg and take photos this morning, so it was hard to choose a blip. This is Landgrafenschloss, with Cinderella's slipper as part of a Brothers Grimm trail, which was set up to mark the 200th anniversary of the publishing of their first volume of stories in 2012. Both brothers studied law here, and started collecting folk tales in the city. After yesterday's excitement of travelling from Frankfurt to Marburg on a double decker train, it was a quieter day, but also in good company.
