A wee glass of red...

A wee glass of red and roaring fire blip as collapse in front of the fire and Dr Who. The end of a very social and small boys filled weekend. Lovely to see our boys having such a lovely time with their pals. Sleepover bedtimes were ok... 6am excited chatting wasn't quite so ok but somewhat inevitable. I'm sure we'll miss it when they are teenagers. G arrived to collect them at 10 but they ended up staying for lunch too. Tears were shed when they had to go home, so guess it was mutually enjoyable. A return favour has been promised so A n I need to do some planning :-)

Although it's been a busy weekend, it is nice to now have a clean and tidy house (despite the sleepover!) which hasn't happened in a long time. I'm sure we appreciate it more because of its rarity factor. Could do with another day of weekend now.
