Pumpkin

M made a meal with the second quarter of the pumpkin tonight. It was delicious (sort of chilli/coconut stew:) with enough in the freezer for two more meals...
It will be a real challenge to our ingenuity to produce interesting new meals by the end of the fourth quarter.
