THE SHARD

#This was our magnificent view from our table at the Shrangri-la hotel up The Shard. We enjoy a really delicious meal...we decided to only have the 3 course meal but were given 2 complimentary courses!!! We left very very full.

#This was one of the desserts!!!!

We were here to celebrate my brother in law's birthday.
A very relaxed atmosphere and empty plates all round.

Before this delicious meal we had a visit to Southwark cathedral and to see the poppies at The Tower of London...we had heard it was ridiculously busy but it was fine......then onto St Katharine's Dock for a coffee.
