A break from the funghi...

I took my dad out for the day. We visited Dunham Massey to see how the house was transformed when it was the Stamford Military Hospital during World War I. They've even got actors to bring the stories of the nurses and patients to life.

We had a short walk around the estate to see the fallow deer in the afternoon.
