Bertie's BFF

Bertie spends an inordinate amount of time playing with the Blip birthday balloon. He bites it, chases it around the room, picks it up by the endy bit (apparently it's called the 'lip') and shakes it vigorously from side to side. How has that ballon not burst yet?

Alfie has gone to watch football at my parents house, D is at band practice so it's just me and a sad Poppy (bad day at the office). I'm sure It's nothing an illicit half an hour on her brothers laptop won't fix.
