Misty start .....

Mist out walking the dogs this morning.

Visit to mum - she appears to gave lost part of a tooth, doesn't appear to bother her. Made an appointment to take her to the dentist on Thursday - hope this goes ok (!).

Then on to WW - only gone and lost 3.5lbs this week but that makes 70 lbs in total! Another silver seven for me and a "stone" nugget. Got to keep going now, only another 56+ lbs to go (but no timescale to pressure me).

Great afternoon with my BFF, love our girlie chats, we don't do them often enough but when we do we have plenty to talk about.

Chill evening, absolutely chucking down with rain so happy to be indoors in the warm.
