Bridging the Gap

Annie is away, a drive to Leeds this morning, Newcastle this evening and on again to Edinburgh first thing tomorrow. In contrast I (Chris) stayed close to home today with the girls for tea this evening, good to catch up as I hadn't seen them for over a week.

Not for the first time for our blip journey this is Aylesbury's newest footbridge. There are lots of great angles and perspectives, enough to maybe make this a personal project sometime. Tonight with limited time (just for a change) I decided to try a fish-eye (Samyang 8mm) for a change of view and a floor level perspective.

On reflection a little more DoF would have helped but I do like the wet tarmac and the increasingly stained look of the metal sides.
