SOME STORM....

... just look at my hair do!!!!

We had a massive storm here this afternoon, major thunder and lightning and heaps of heavy rain and hail. No damage here but many suburbs still without power.

The "boss" had one of those day hospital visits today (all good), and with out a blip decided to detour to my new "birdie spot" on the mighty Nepean River on the way back down to pick her up. The sky was still pretty glum but the birds were out and about.

Caught this guy as it flew into the Jacaranda tree I was next to! Not sure yet exactly what it is, need to research?
