A very different art from yesterday.

I only heard about this installation on Sunday although it has been at the Scottish Parliament for a month. Thanks to Dwalletta who blipped it yesterday, I followed it to St Mary's Cathedral, where it will be until 10th November, before continuing its tour around Scotland.

In the centenary year, this installation is to commemorate every soldier, killed or injured and also the ordinary people who were casualties of conflict.

I didn't want to take my camera into St Mary's so unfortunately you have a phone blip which really doesn't do this justice. Walking into the cathedral is impressive enough but when you see this at the far end it is so powerful and draws you in, incredibly moving and really worth a visit if you are able.
