Guy Fawkes Night

A wee bit of a first for me tonight - attempting to capture fireworks!!

Never really tried this before so as the temperature fell and darkness descended, I got my gear together and headed out to try and capture the wonderful displays that shurely would be happening around the Ferry.

Mmmmm I reckon going to an organised display is easier, but eventually I managed to find a good spot and enjoyed the spectacle that was taking place before my eyes.

I did a little research online as to regards the best settings for capturing them and I'm reasonably pleased with the result.........now to find a great backdrop to really make them come alive!!

Edinburgh castle hear I come!!
