From inside

Gaily Whaley (sorry can't do links on the phone) has posted many wonderful pictures of the Sage, Gateshead. Here is one view from the inside, at night.

Here for a concert, about which we know virtually nothing, except that the musicians are all Songlines Music Award Winners. We were already in Newcastle today, so we took a chance. We're staying the night close by and hope to go to the sea tomorrow, but it is very, very cold.
