Traveling!!

We arrived at Gatwick airport at about 11.40am with plenty of time to spare, as The Rev had booked assistance for me( which I really did need the walking would have been very difficult for me) ,it was a case of push the button and magically someone appeared. I must say the wheel chair was a step too far, but hey ho it got us where we needed to go and in double quick time too, no waiting or getting on the aircraft in a tissie . The staff were extremely kind and polite( then they would be wouldn't they, it was the passenger you know!!!) because of 2 hours difference we arrived in Athens at 5. 20pm by the time we left the airport it was 6.20pm the bus stop was directly outside but we had to wait until 6.50pm arriving at a lovely hotel at 8pm . We eat in the hotel tonight super food and service.
We phoned the hospital and ( A ) is out of surgery and no complications, so that's good, many thanks for your good wishes .
