This one is called 'Te Aroha Mutunga Kore'. It was surprisingly beautiful and serene to stand beneath it. More about the artist Morgan Matthews-Hale.

Just one of many initiatives that help make Christchurch feel hopeful and positive. Early next year most will be auctioned off with the proceed going to charity.

A good day in the life of hpx today. I fought the good fight at work, made a couple of plans and braved the supermarket. Plus I'm a few steps closer to sorting what needs to be provided/done to sort Dad's email and tablet.

And just to make everything nicely balanced, the weather is coming right in time for the weekend :-)
