A small lifetime.

Off to a 'do' in Edinburgh to celebrate R and D's Ruby wedding anniversary. We were the last to arrive as usual. Somehow having three little people to organise as well as ourselves, coupled with that false sense of security 'Hey we seem to be doing alright for time, so we can slow down a little' is a bad combo. You'd think we had learnt by now.

It was a lovely evening though. Surrounded by family and friends they made 40 years of marriage seem effortless. To still be so visibly in love and be two of the kindest and most generous people you could meet, is no mean achievement.



Now I just need to get my camping head on.... (I will be happy.... I will be happy....)
