Dusk over the Firth
It must be winter, or nearly - despite setting out quite reasonably early, we were still at the mid-point of our walk high above Strone Point as the last of the sun turned the clouds pale pink. The water in the foreground is the Holy Loch, with the houses of Hunter's Quay on the far side; Dunoon lies beyond. In the distance you can make out the Isle of Cumbrae and the southern end of Arran.
The burns were all purling down the hillside, but it was great to be out in the dry again!
