My office

I came across this last night. It's a photo of the ex St Nicholas House site in Aberdeen and down there I can see the site of what was my office. I can't say I spent many happy hours there but I did get a good view of the starlings roosting in the winter in the, then near derelict, Marischal College.

Today - slept well, worked at home in the morning, bought a 2015 diary (the passing of time), work, meeting, collected BB, home, footered, eat (a little, it's still hard) and drank, wine (thats' easy).

Early this morning (just after midnight) I was giving temperature advice to #1 d in l as Olivia had a temp after her injections. Calpol - what else is there? She's ok, of course.

And where were you 25 years ago when the Wall came down? I was driving back from my Change Management course at the old RGU buildings in King Street. It was all the more amazing as I'd been in Leningrad and Moscow only a month before when Gorbachev was in East Berlin, giving Honneker the 'kiss of death'. It was an amazing bit of news, suddenly east and west were one.
