With about twenty-five percent of the workforce either already gone or about to go it's becoming a struggle to maintain services.
Morale is plummeting and there is an atmosphere that makes "doom & gloom" look positively radiant.
The meeting between the MD and Company Reps today hardly inspires confidence.
