Hanging around in the rain

It poured with rain today and everything looked dreary on the dog walk then I spotted this bright beacon across the field. I went to the gym before the PTA meeting which meant I stayed awake, hurrah! Lovely after school tea celebrating Katie's 40th and Janes birthday, I made a new wintry cinnamon and pear bundt cake covered in pecans and caramel sauce.
