Moroccan bowl

Marks Aunty Debbie bought me 2 of these amazing serving platters a couple of years ago. I served Kosheri on it tonight for Helen, Carole and husbands. Brown rice and lentils with caramelised onions stirred through to go with our middle Eastern lamb.

In the morning I went to the open day of my old school, I still think it's absolutely fabulous but the distance is a major consideration. India would get the bus at 7.30am and not be home much before 5pm. At the moment we can walk to school in 5 minutes. Tough choices.
