It was a dreich day

Dreich - A combination of dull, overcast, drizzly, cold, misty and miserable weather. At least 4 of the above adjectives must apply before the weather is truly dreich

I think you could say the day was dreich.

Perhaps it was the weather that was affecting my mood this week.
Or perhaps it was just me.
Miserable.

Unfortunately, I have friends and family who are also having a difficult time right now.
Hopefully we can all help each other and together we can keep going.
It's what it's all about, sharing the happy and the sad, the good and the bad.
