Lady on beach

Not much to report today. Town and beach again! We're enjoying chilling on the beach at the moment before the next leg of our travels. There is plenty going on on the beach apart from the tourists. Lots of fisherman going out in their funny round bamboo boats ... looks like hard work and we have no idea how they steer them ... just a single oar at the front. At the end of the day lots of old ladies walk up and down the beach collecting plastic bottles and driftwood. We're not sure what they do with them but presume they get some money for recycling or something.

A few hours later the heavens opened just as we were heading out to find a restaurant we'd read about on TripAdvisor. Luckily we had our trusty rain ponchos (probably the most valuable item of clothing we've brought) but it was such a heavy downpour we got a little damp regardless. Fajitas for dinner though which were fab. Just fancied something that wasn't noodles or rice tonight.
